A DAY IN THE LIFE

A DAY IN THE LIFE

STEP into the world of a TEP professional and see how their expertise helps clients navigate trust and estate matters with confidence.

WHAT DO TEPs DO FOR CLIENTS?

TEPs help clients draft wills and trusts, administer inheritances, and sometimes act as trustees. They advise families on organizing and structuring their assets to ensure tax and legal compliance while preserving wealth for future generations.

As Canada's population ages, the need for skilled trusts and estates practitioners is on the rise. From 2016 to 2026, approximately $1 trillion in personal wealth will be transferred from one generation to another in Canada, representing the largest transfer of wealth in history.
